This dealer prices their inventory aggressively which prevented a negotiation headache as I’m sure many have experienced. Both made sure the transaction went smooth and had me in the business office in no time. There I worked with Adel. Another amazing person that treasures his position. He was very informative about warranty options. He did not force anything I didn’t want and made sense of everything he presented. I would definitely do business again.

From the initial call through the entire service process, I was treated as a member of the Advantage BMW Midtown Family. The communcation and effective assistance from Jose was impeccable! Always wonderful service from BMW but this location and Jose strive for excellence in all area to improve your experience while taking care of your vehicle.
