While I was visiting the Phoenix area recently I...

While I was visiting the Phoenix area recently I developed a problem with the automatic trunk latch on my Tiguan. It was late in the afternoon on a Saturday and I needed to drive back to Tucson for an event that night. I contacted another dealer near my location, but they said they were closing and couldn't help me. I contacted Berge and although they too were getting ready to close they said if I could come over right away they would see what they could do. I arrived 15 minutes later and they immediately began to diagnose the problem. As it turned out the motor which drives the automatic trunk latch had malfunctioned and needed to be re-set. Although ADAM MUNOZ the Shop Foreman was getting ready to leave he spent the next 30 minutes re-programing the settings. If it were not for the generosity of both Adam and VINCE MEDINA his Service Manager we would have been stuck in the Phoenix area overnight and unable to get back to Tucson. They both decided it was more important to help me at a time of need rather than clock out and go home! In this day and age, where good service is at a premium, both Adam and Vince exemplify what good customer service is really all about! I could not thank them enough and will be forever grateful for taking it upon themselves to help me. They are both outstanding individuals and should be recognized as such by the Berge organization!

Tawny Anderson was absolutely amazing with helping me get...

Tawny Anderson was absolutely amazing with helping me get my first car! She worked with me and helped me go about finding the best deal and best car for my situation. This was my first time ever buying a car and she made the process easy and relaxing. I was super nervous since I had never been through the process before but she was able to make the experience stress-free! I would 100% recommend her for your vehicle purchase because she will do her best to get you a car that will suit you and your needs!

I purchased a vehicle from Berge Mazda about 3 days ago. This was the first vehicle I bought on my own and the process couldn’t have been easier. I traded in my own car and got a 2017 Mazda 3 touring and it’s a DREAM. I wanted to say thanks to Mitch for being so wonderful and SO honest with my the entire time. Definitely recommend this dealership

Came home from vacation to find my driver's side mirror...

Came home from vacation to find my driver's side mirror falling off. Spoke to Bob Herbold who quickly addressed my concerns and had me scheduled for repair. It was wonderful to be treated kindly after the experisnce I had with a different VW service center that was closer to my home. I'll make the longer drive to come here for any other issues that may arise in the future!
