Northlake provides excellent service and Jeff Day makes

Northlake provides excellent service and Jeff Day makes the process so easy. Jeff kept me informed at each step and made sure I was aware of what was needed. I couldn’t believe how quickly they made the repair and I couldn’t be happier!

Jeff Day was incredibly helpful with my X3 on this visit.

Jeff Day was incredibly helpful with my X3 on this visit. Additionally he was able to assist with a car (‘99 Z3) that I have been having trouble finding someone to work with. As I have been turned away by other dealers, due to its age. Jeff assured me that he can get me with qualified technicians at this dealership.

I discovered a tire issue the night before, so called the

I discovered a tire issue the night before, so called the service department that morning & they could fit me in within the next 30 minutes for an appointment. There was a bolt in one of of my tires & the related tire was in stock -- so easy replacement with the tire/wheels package that I bought with the car. Blaire called my Uber to take me to work & bring me back to the dealership when it was done. I always enjoy the chance to get a quick coffee on their fancy machine & check out the latest snacks.

Came in for a routine oil change.

Came in for a routine oil change. They found a few other things on inspection that needed upkeep. Jeff Day did a great job keeping me informed of everything going on and answered all my questions. I always appreciate driving away with my car freshly washed. Great job everyone!
