She worked very hard to get my deal through even call me after hours to check on me. She is a great salesperson and I’m enjoying my new car. I bought a Lexus 10 years ago at Lexus Northlake and I wouldn't go to anywhere else. They have gone out of their way to make me feel like an important customer. The service department is amazing. I always feel like I'm in good hands. I have worked with Lucian for many years and he is always professional, is honest and he cares about his clients. It's also the best vehicle I have ever owned. A protective plastic panel, underneath the engine, got
A protective plastic panel, underneath the engine, got damaged when I ran over a piece of rubber tire in the road. I talked to Omar Licout about it and after he examined the panel, he informed me that it was an easy replacement and would not require any body shop work. He was very accommodating as far as taking time to explain what needed to be done, as well as scheduling appointments according my schedule. Lexus Northlake service did a great job replacing the panel, so it looks like new.
