I came to Fred Haas to look at trucks and before I knew it, an hour later I was in a new 2025 Toyota Tacoma. This salesman is an honest and committed gentleman. He is the true example of what a salesman should me. I also want to commend Itzel and Esther as they were there to assist with the delivery of our new vehicle. Kudos to all of the great team!!

When I search for a vehicle, I look nation wide. My wife and I will fly in and drive home, making a trip of the purchase. When we saw the Certified Toyota Highlander Hybrid at Fred Haas Toyota World in Houston we called right away. We were connected to Diego Andrade. He is a great person to do business with. Diego sent us pictures and videos of the car and handled all the paperwork perfectly. With the airport - IAH - a few miles from the dealership, we were ready to Uber a ride there. Diego wouldn’t let that happen. He picked us up at the airport in his personal vehicle! 4 hours later my wife and I were on the road enjoying the beautiful Highlander (getting 36 MPG) traveling thru east Texas and up through Arkansas.
