Do not shop here.

Do not shop here. If you do you will receive marketing emails for years even after requesting nicely to unsubscribe, emailing the General Manager, emailing the marketing department, and emailing the corporate office.

After purchasing a car with a trade in the trade in car

After purchasing a car with a trade in the trade in car has not been paid off by the dealership and it has been over 4 weeks. I left many messages with the finance department and have never heard back. They are quick to take your money but it’s not a priority for them to honor their debts apparently.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. The finance department also made doing business efficient and simple. I recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Richard B 12.30.2024

We’ve purchased 2 Mazdas over the past 5 years both times

We’ve purchased 2 Mazdas over the past 5 years both times thru Charles. There is a reason we purchased thru him twice. He’s a straight shooter who makes you feel comfortable and you don’t feel taken advantage of in the least when you leave the dealership. Looking forward to making our next purchase thru him as well.

I have purchased several Mazda's from Jeff Haas, has always been a pretty good experience. Would have purchased another, but they could not find what I was looking for so I purchased a Nissan. Requested a refund on the Gap Insurance and Extended Warranty over 2 months ago, made several calls and still no refund. Very disappointed as this is part of good customer service. So, next time I purchase a new vehicle, I will have to seriously reconsider returning to Jeff Haas Mazda as I believe customer service should always be FIRST.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. Purchased a new car, was called to come get my plate number, color on the paper was different from the actual car color. When I complained about it, I was told they can’t do anything about it, that I should go online and change it myself. When I insisted they fix it, I was left unattended for a long period of time. No one took responsibility for the mistake. They’re all acting unbothered.
