My appointment was right on time the representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. He assisted me with the purchase of an prepaid maintenance program and my car was finished right when he said it would be.

Dropped my 2016 GLE 300 off two weeks ago when service light went on. Excellent, timely service, even though I showed up without an appointment. Loaner car available immediately, nice touch that Kit called me ten minutes after I returned loaner to say he found my wallet in it. Highly recommend
