My experience with Mercedes-Benz of Greenway was one of the worst I've had at a dealership. While I'm very happy with the vehicle itself, the customer service and communication during the buying process were extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was how difficult it was to reach anyone. Calls rarely got answered, and even when I asked to speak with someone at the dealership, I was often sent to voicemail again. Getting updates or basic information was unnecessarily frustrating and made the whole process feel disorganized. The purchase took much longer than it should have, and the poor communication only made it worse. If it weren't for the vehicle being priced so well through the nationwide program, I would have taken my business elsewhere. There is definitely room for improvement in responsiveness and overall customer service.

Very disappointed with Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway. We were told twice via text that the vehicle had no hail damage. After making the trip to the dealership, we discovered that wasn't true and it in fact had hail damage all over the vehicle. This should have been disclosed honestly from the beginning instead of wasting our time. We still tried to work with them and offered a reasonable compromise if they would meet us partway to make the situation right. They refused and said they couldn't do that. I reached out to the General Manager about the situation, and I never received a response. After we had already driven back home, they suddenly changed their minds days later and said they could do exactly what they had previously told us was impossible. The lack of honesty, transparency, and willingness to resolve the issue while we were actually there made for a very frustrating experience. We expected much better from a Mercedes-Benz dealership and would not recommend buying from this location.
