Unfortunately, it felt like a bait and switch. I was very upfront and descriptive about the condition of the vehicle when I requested the quote online and was quoted $3,400. When I arrived and the vehicle was inspected I was offered only $2,000. Mark, the representative, was very friendly and professional.
