EXPECT TO WAIT A FEW HOURS FOR A LOANER
I had a 7 am appointment to drop off my car at Mercedes Greenway, everything wenrt smoothly with my service advisor. I was sent to the loaner car department where I waited for THREE HOURS, only to be be told they were NOT giving me a loaner. The two women who work there, one being the manager, were incredibly rude.

Chris Palumbo was great!!! I showed up an hour before my appointment, he processed my car very quickly, then got me over to get a car to drive until my car was ready to pick up later the same day, everyone at Greenway was very nice, the waiting area is very nice with drinks & snacks. They have and will have all of my service work on my vehicle.

We left the car for servicing. When we got the call to pick it up, we had to wait a long time to check out and then even longer for the car... more than 20 minutes. I asked a couple of times about my car. At 20 minutes I was informed they were having difficulties with the car's computer. Totally unacceptable not to have been informed earlier. Must have waited at least another 10 minutes when we were told to walk to our car and a guy handed me my key. I asked about the computer problem and he asks then if I want to speak to a technician ... ridiculous. I have already been waiting more than 30 min for my car that I call couple hours earlier and told it was ready. Dropping it off in the morning had issues, but I will leave it at this. Best of luck improving service.
