I was pleased that they offered services on a Saturday. I was in Houston for my sister’s 94th birthday and my suv developed mechanical problems. I made an appointment with this dealer and they got me out early afternoon.

The service advisor David Nguyen is very nice and professional. Every time I always schedule and looking for him. I still remembered one time he work beyond and offer my kids extra activity kit when he realize the long waiting time may cause kids feeling bored.

We are returning customers to Sterling McCall Ford. We loved the 1st experience we had so we decided to return to purchase another car. Mary Hill our sales rep was very helpful in the process of purchasing our vehicle. Mary was nice & very knowledgable about the vehicle.
