went in for oil change, my second time going and never

went in for oil change, my second time going and never again, they honored my coupon for $49 but took 3 hours! i guess maybe without coupon it will be less waiting, very disappointed,

I love bringing my car to this dealership. People are very friendly and efficient. Jean Zelaya is an excellent young man. Very knowledgeable, approachable, trustworthy. He is the best. I highly recommend him. I will always bring my car here for repair. I trust they will always do the right thing.

Nice facility and nice staff, always courteous.

Nice facility and nice staff, always courteous. But I think maybe they need more help because service is always hours longer than anticipated even with routine services

C for a simple oil change for the car with an online appt

C for a simple oil change for the car with an online appt time. Took over 3 and half hours to have it be done from the time it was dropped off. Was given no estimation or update on how long it will be during the process. Will be going elsewhere from here on out. Save your time and try another dealership or auto shop maybe for faster service.
