Grand Highlander Hybrid

Wonderful customer service and great agent Ozy. He explained and trained my new grand highlander hybrid xle . We took test drive and happy to have my new car. Highly recommended

I waited a week after buying it to see what the light on

I waited a week after buying it to see what the light on dash was for, and they checked my tires they found no thread and a nail. I wasn’t even warned of this when I bought it!

Sterling McCall Toyota

Excellent communication and service from Rahat. He had everything organized in such a way to get me on the road fast. He's very professional on not high pressure. My only complaint is with a policy Sterling McCall has. I had planned on putting 5k down on my credit card. I like to take advantage of credit card miles. Apparently Sterling McCall only allows you to put $1000 on a credit card. This is a terrible policy. I couldn't put down the amount I wanted. I really didn't feel like sitting on the phone for an hour to increase the daily limit on my debit card.

He is very professional because he explains each thing to you step by step? It is actually very good that they receive you people like Nilson, he made my visit really sensational and I feel very happy and satisfied for that.

Looks like this place does the service first then 360 check up. If my car needed to replace the parts that is link to 4 wheels alignment then I really don’t know why they did the alignment. She asked me if I want to cancel the alignment which I did, but when I was checking out she charged me for that and said that she forgot. I spoke with the manager, he took her side and said I have to pay for it. Basically I paid for the mistake they made. Then the manager sent me email saying that I don’t have to pay for next alignment which nobody knows if I’m going to do it or not. Plus they did the oil change but they did not reset the maintenance required sign in my car.
