I can't believe the level of customer service I received

I can't believe the level of customer service I received from a Lexus dealership. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday morning at 7AM for 3 different services, and only one was performed in the 4 hours I waited there, I left at 11:30, very disappointed. I was promised a follow up call for my other two services the following Monday, and now a week later, still no follow up call. Unfortunately, I don't have any other choice close by.

Nathan manages my service request every time I bring my car in. He is awesome, He keeps greets me with a pleasant welcome, understands the reason for my visit and keeps me updated on the progress. The servicing department does a great job and is done on a timely manner.

Derrick was great!

Derrick was great! He was very friendly and he kept me updated on my service. The facility was clean, offered snacks and had comfortable seating.

2013 GX460 had a WICKED lean.

2013 GX460 had a WICKED lean. Repaired sufficiently after just a few hiccups, with an unexplainable bounce when driving. 95% satisfied with the bouncing repair. Texas road infrastructure is not the best anyway.

Tuan Hong was super helpful & straightforward. Did not pressure but offered professional advice in regards to my purchase. He worked out a good deal for me that I was happy with. I would recommend dealing with Tuan again and proud be a Lexus owner now.

Everyone was nice and helpful but Tuan was exceptional.

Everyone was nice and helpful but Tuan was exceptional. He took me to the finance lady (who was awesome) in the used car building when new car sales finance was backed up. I am keeping Tuan's card for when my wife is ready to buy.
