Still very upset with my overall experience at Sterling

Still very upset with my overall experience at Sterling McCall Lexus. Sales was great, but the finance department left a horrible taste in my mouth! I will never purchase another Lexus. When Mr. Hafiz Nauman and I went over the warranties, I was especially interested in the tire and rim warranty (yes, curbs jump out at me!). I agreed to the package, even joking about recording the conversation because of my past experiences with other warranties. Mr. Neuman assured me it would be a smooth process, no questions asked. Fast forward a year: I need a rim replaced, schedule a visit, and Low and Behold my rim isn’t covered. After the initial shock, I contacted Mr. Hafiz Nauman, and his response was that the type of rim my Lexus came with was not covered!
