Temperature in the lobby was perfect. The snack bar was clean. Hopefully you will have sodas. Unfortunately today, the car wash was closed and no rain check given.

My 2014 GX460 has 166k miles on it and drives like a dream! With 2 young drivers, I need this one to last a few more years. I have no doubt that it will under the care of Sterling McCall Lexus. I have the greatest confidence in my service advisor, Hunter. He’s honest and explains everything to me. I’m so pleased with this dealership that I want my next car to be a Lexus. I have already gotten a Lexus for my daughter so she is also a Sterling McCall customer. Keep up the good work!

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. Been going to Juan since 2020, and he always helps me find the right car. I leased this car and I bought out the lease in the other RX I had leased 3 years ago.

Derrick. Is the best. And I’m asking myself why did I wait so long to buy a Lexus? Only problem and it’s no one’s fault but my own, the dash board is in a mode that I cannot remove. I need to see speedometer plus gas gauge. I can’t figure that out. I look in manual and still can’t find it. Otherwise the experience was excellent

I don’t get waited o when I drive up to the attendant

I don’t get waited o when I drive up to the attendant area. Not sure why. The shop charge of $40 was a surprise. I still don’t know what this for,
