I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles from

I have purchased numerous new and used vehicles from Sterling McCall. Until now, I have been relatively satisfied. I bought a new ES300H along with several thousand dollars of add-on insurance to cover electronics, tire, wheels and windshield. One day I got a rock chip on the windshield that made a small circular spot. The next day the spot spread to about 8 inches long and I immediately took it in for the insured replacement. I was then told that if it was over 6 inches, the insurance would not cover it. This was not mentioned when I got that expensive insurance. I am very displeased and feel like I got scammed. I will no longer trust Sterling McCall.

The wait time just to speak with a service consultant was

The wait time just to speak with a service consultant was excessive, and the overall service process took much longer than expected. No loaner vehicles were available, which made the experience even more inconvenient. Based on this visit, I?d seriously consider making the drive to North Park Lexus in San Antonio next time.

Tried to sell car with dent on the door and then wanted us to complete payment then they would fix in 2-3 days Finance process is slow as they have cut down on staff and use zoom to talk to finance department had to wait 2 hours

Initially I was satisfied with my experience, however I feel that I was ignored for the past two days. I had a question about a warranty for my vehicle. The first day my call went unanswered, the second day I called I was told I would receive a call back and I never received one. I am thoroughly disappointed and I can't help to feel that because the dealership already have the money that feel that they no longer need to be professional. Being that this supposed to be a luxury vehicle company I feel like with the way I am being treated It feels like a purchase from a mom and pops corner dealership. I am super disappointed
