I love taking my car to Sterling McCall Lexus since the people are very friendly, very knowledgeable and do a great service. I had problem with my car and texted my service consultant Ashley. She was not working that day. But she replied me saying that she is not working that day and told me to bring the car to the dealership. She arranged Cody to take care of my car . Cody was very friendly and knowledgeable and he took care of my car very well. I am very thankful to Ashley since she took time to answer my questions eventhough she was off that day.

All went well and they completed the regular maintenance in a very reasonable amount of time. I like the videos they show with the technician showing what they reviewed and potential future repairs to plan for.

The second day after I got my car When I start my car, I receive an error message that says: “Rear camera detection unavailable.” At the same time, it feels like the battery is shifting or unstable—almost as if it wants to fall. This issue seems to trigger the error message each time the car starts. I spoke with your team they promise to get back to me but no one has reached out to me I’m always the one calling. No one picks up again as soon as you purchase the vehicle

My husband and I have owned about seven Lexus's and
My husband and I have owned about seven Lexus's and three were purchased from Sterling McCall. Our most recent was the TX 350, our sales person was James Teng and he couldn't of been more helpful, courteous and patient and was able to answer all of our questions and knew every single thing about our new car and went over everything with us. Over all it was a wonderful experience and in two years we will be coming back and seeing James for my husband's new car. Thanks again Sterling McCall and thank you James.
