Under developed sales rep. Poor accommodations to discuss personal financial matters. Overheard other sales reps speak poorly of current and possible clients. I shared these same issues and the result was Adrian a sales manager. Whom couldn’t see his way to greet me on the day of my purchase, probably as it was a used car not brand new. Adrian then more or less stalked me with numerous calls/ VM’s/ text messages. Even when I called him back to lose my number he glazed right over that and proceeded to start asking me questions. Take the L Leif Truck and realize you lost a future customer and I WILL ABSOLUTELY tell anyone that will listen that that location is a terrible place.

Terra Torrez was great to work with. She was honest, understanding, worked at my pace & listened to my preferences. I left there feeling like I had a new friend, at the very least a sales rep that I could trust

The customer service at Leif Johnson Ford in Buda from everyone we encountered was exceptional! Chris Saumers (sales) was very knowledgeable and patient answering all of our questions to make a well informed decision. Jeff spent a considerable amount of time assisting with the setup and vehicle personalization and explanation of the vehicle operation. In fact, the great customer service has continued post purchase. We got a fair price for the purchase of the new vehicle as well as our trade-in. The finance manager tried to sell me extra warranties I did not need. He was pushy. Would not take no for an answer. He finally agreed on what I wanted.

Overall experience was very positive as Esther was very helpful and knowledgeable of the purchasing process and made everything run smoothly. All stuff was very helpful and easy to talk to. They were able to work with me to get a good deal on the vehicle that I wanted. That being said, I came in from out of state and the vehicle had damage to the interior that was not disclosed, nor was the vehicle ready for pickup. They did offer me a credit to accommodate the undisclosed damage, but was still disappointed with the final outcome.
