Factory ordered a 2025 Ford F-350 XLT through the Costco Vehicle Purchase Program. Excellent experience with every step. No pressure and answered all questions quickly and completely. Excellent communications as well. Every person I encountered was pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Truck City Ford!

Found a truck I liked using TruCar and set up an
Found a truck I liked using TruCar and set up an appointment to look at it. Jorge Gonzalez called me and sent me a video of the truck before I even got to the dealership. I test drove the vehicle and ended up purchasing it. Had a couple minor issues to deal with after the purchase and Jorge was on top of things always making sure I got taken care of and letting me know that if I needed anything he would help me out. Very nice guy and I'm very happy with my experience.

I had a problem with my trade in being paid off later
I had a problem with my trade in being paid off later than the day I took possession of my truck. Consequently another payment was taken out of my account . I had to call both banks to get my money sent back to me. And I am still waiting a month later.
