Reached out to this dealership to get information on a 2025 Golf R. One of the sales staff asked me why I was reaching out to a dealership in TX when I live in CA and after I gave a response, he stopped communicating. Their loss. I am now flying out tonight to pick up my car in another state and driving it home tomorrow.

We worked with Christie Hooker at VW Momentum. She was absolutely wonderful. Christie is our favorite person we have ever worked with leasing a car. She was so informative and would not stop until we got the deal we were looking for! Would highly recommend her!!!

Took my car in for a dpf recall repair they told me is

Took my car in for a dpf recall repair they told me is one part then changed it still didn't fix it told me it was another still dint fix it - this was an on going thing for 2 months and still no fix, now after 7 parts replaced over $2000 in just parts and another $2000 in uber because they never have available rentals, If I could give them a negative stats I would I'm a total of $4000-$5000 dollars of total invest and cars still not fixed don't bring your car to this dealership they need a lot of training still, you can just take you car to another shop they will fix it for less and faster time with a better warranty also I went from a free recall to an expensive repair they also damaged 2 sensors themself they where bent from being hit with the battery upon reinstallation just those 2 sensors are worth $250 and $900 stay away from places like this they will always fail to take liability Now I’m taking the car out of there shop and taking to somebody who knows what they are doing

Sales person in finance were great.

Sales person in finance were great. I trusted the dealership and really didn’t inspect the car with a white glove. They parked it in the shade where I really couldn’t see any scratches or coverups. This was my fault. Once I signed the papers and drove 10 minutes out of the dealership I realized there was a chip on the windshield. There were some scratches that look like somebody used to sharpie to cover them out. If you buy from this dealership, make sure you do the white glove test. Make sure your car is in the sun. That way you can see all the imperfections Spoke to the sales person and they basically blew me off. I expected better from a sonic dealership. Not a happy camper
