I had been wanting to trade my car for a while but dealing with car lots and salesman usually isn’t pleasant . I spoke with Gilbert after my bank referred me to Westside and he changed my outlook . He was helpful , understanding of my situation and finances and helped me walk away with the vehicle I wanted . He was very personable and considerate as well.
