Service

Service was very busy that day and I was prepared for a long wait. I think the service techs should pay more attention to getting oil on running boards feet mats and steering wheel. Please remove my email from system and do not share it.

Great Service. ?Friendly people.

Nice people. Followed up to share my trucks progress thru shop. Truck washed and cleaned before they gave it back after the repairs.

My Baytown Ford Experience

I have purchased 12 autos over a 35 year period and my experience at Baytown Ford was my best. The salesman Kelton Rembert) did everything you could possibly do to make my truck purchase go as smooth as can be. Kelton was a real pleasure to work with and he was dedicated getting the truck that I desired. Top Notch A-1

Baytown Ford and our salesman were very patient with us...

Baytown Ford and our salesman were very patient with us while we were shopping for our new truck. When we came in, we were not very sure about which vehicle we wanted but they showed us several trucks in different ranges before we decided on the truck we liked and best fit our budget. There was no pressure and we drove away satisfied with our deal on our new Ford.
