when to your location to get my new truck fixed. it barely has 4000 miles on it and i have a vibration in the rear of the truck....your head mechanic or... whoever he is ....drove it.... said it was my tires were too aggressive and thats what was causing my vibration...i know that to be false because...it is the second set of wheels and tires i have had on the truck...it vibrated with both sets..its not the wheels and tires....it set in your lot for a day and a half...nothing done to it... its all rainbows and kittens when you wanna sell a brand new vehicle , but as soon as it comes off the lot...you dont wanna fix it...so much for honoring my waranty ..it means crap....i will let others know of your poor service dept. ...

David is service took the time to go through all the notes on my account and found notes on my new vehicle attached to one of my older vehicles (mistake... on ex employee?s part). And got my vehicle in and out in a day. He had my car washed and waiting upfront when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.

My husband and I were in Texas, on our way back home to Louisiana, before the expected freezing weather got bad. We noticed the electronic system in our... vehicle was acting up, and didn?t want to be stranded. Luckily we came across "Baytown Ford!" We pulled in to the service area and explained to Mr. Joseph Lane (service advisor) as to what was taking place. He immediately, and personally checked the battery and determined that the problem was a weak battery. He showed us the printed readout of the battery and advised us of the cost. Our vehicle was fixed and we were back on the road, within an hour. Customer service at many businesses these days seems to lacking, in our opinion. Mr. Lane could have had us sit there and wait because we are not regular customers of Baytown Ford. Mr. Lane showed professionalism, and genuine ?good old customer service? as he was concerned enough about our issue as he listened, then took care of the problem as though we were lifelong customers of Baytown Ford. If we lived closer we would most definitely purchase a vehicle from Baytown Ford. We will surely tell our friends who live in the area, and our friends who travel that way on a regular basis about Baytown Ford.
