I love that it is always clean, it has a warm atmosphere,

I love that it is always clean, it has a warm atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly. They understand and attend to you as best as possible, plus popcorn, water, and free coffee while you're there.

Great and quick experience!

Great and quick experience! We went through all the trim levels to find the right work truck for me. John was a big help. Even sorted out some between used and new.

My internet sale’s Raquel Gonzales was wonderful,

My internet sale’s Raquel Gonzales was wonderful, helpful, very personable and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for anyone better to deal and talk to. Corey in finance was an awesome 😎 dude to deal with, great guy! #ftb Dent in the driver’s door I am still waiting to hear what they are gonna do, The buying experience was very good. The make ready crew SUCKS! Truck should have been hand washed, xxxx was stuck all over it, the dash and stuff you could see where something was sprayed and not wiped off, as well as smear marks on the dash. Make ready score - 2

The service was great. Essence got me in and everything went smooth and quick. Corie got me in and out of finance with out any trouble.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ron craft

I had a very disappointing experience at Ron craft Chevrolet. The customer service was poor, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping or answering questions. Communication was inconsistent, and I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I expected a much more professional and respectful experience from a dealership of this size.unfortunately, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend them based on how I was treated .
