The final paperwork took fifteen minutes, no hassle or hard sell on extras, which was appreciated by me. At delivery I was personally talked through and demonstrated the X1 features and options, Edgar even paired up my mobile phone and garage door opener. I ordered a 230i to be built because i wanted a manual transmission. It arrived a few days ago and I picked it up today. The entire process from configuring the car and placing the order was guided by Jhonny Polo. He was very helpful, never pushy, and understood what I had in mind. It helps that he is a car enthusiast. I thought the price was reasonable, too. Today, I met with the Minister of Finance to settle the purchase. After that, an employee went to the car with me and demonstrated the multitude of features. With the complexities of modern electronics, it is too easy to overlook many of the features. This session was very helpful. I can recommend Jhonny and the dealership to anyone considering a BMW. Even though mine was one of the least expensive cars on the lot, I got the same level of courtesy as a buyer of the more costly models.

Clean well-managed friendly people went there purchased the vehicle dollar sales manager salesman and some guy to get the paperwork right there all great have no experience with their shop or anything else at this time thank you RAMI.
