This place is a total Scam, they advertise their Cars low and force you to buy a expensive extended warranty or they would not sell you the car. A total... rip off. Avoid if possible.
Dealership’s staff are unprofessional by: using hidden fees, providing boilerplate responses to reviews online and in-person, using bully-tactics; withholding... car information, being dishonest and disrespectful, relying on fine print; advertising false prices, providing zero-communication in writing, and treating customers as a dollar sign. This dealership needs to trim the leaves and branches as it is employing shady people. Hard to believe a family-owned business allows their reputation and representation to be of this quality. But then again, the dealership allows this type employee to remain their “face” to the public. That speaks volumes. Customers previous and new do look at reviews and the responses to them. The negative reviews are sometimes more important than the positive ones. Giving this dealership the benefit of the doubt, I tried to overlook the negative reviews to favor the “great” reviews. The experience I encountered showed that the negative reviews were the truth of this dealership. It is interesting when you do the homework on Allen Honda’s reviews the folks mentioned in the negative reviews (there is a consistently across years) are still key members of the organization. Those individuals cost this dealership my business and over $50K. But that means NOTHING to Allen Honda and as a consumer I thought it might but here it does not. I ended up purchasing 3 vehicles and spending $123K in the end and thankfully it was NOT here. I encourage consumers to really read the less-than five star reviews of this dealership. No matter if you have been in business for 54 years or 64 years, people are the business. The people who give the customers the courage and the reason to write a negative review do so because they were genuinely mistreated. That means much more than those that were not. This dealership seems to not take action on what is causing the customers to share their less than five-star experiences—! The “consistent” reasons for this dealership’s negative reviews points to certain people in the organization and those people are still at the organization—which tells the consumer that this dealership isn’t really concerned. Those certain people are the reason for this review. This dealership could be doing 10-fold the business and be the “best” if they did business and ran their business where EVERY person that embarked on purchasing a vehicle from them was valued.
Zach was my salesman and I highly recommend him. He did not pressure me and answered all my questions. The customer service was great!. Everyone was very... friendly and knowledgeable. Allen Honda in College Station is a great place to shop. You will not be disappointed.
I walked in and was immediately seated to wait for a salesperson didn’t take long for someone to come even though they were very busy but unfortunately... the prices are a bit high and don’t seem to have a good size used car section for the most part. Definitely a good place to check in on regardless
The treatment I received from Allen Honda was more than what I could ask for. They went above and beyond so I was able to obtain the car I wanted.

We went to have our car serviced and were looking at cars while passing the time when Bob McGill came over to say hello. We had worked with him before,... but were not ready to buy yet. When we asked about any used vehicles, he said one had just been taken in and was being checked out. It happened to come out of service before we left and we drove it and liked it. Rusty helped negotiate the price then Shirley Macik handled the financial paper work. I have worked with three other Financial Directors at local car dealers and Shirley was by far the most professional and friendly of any that I have met. It made the buying experience much more enjoyable and I look forward to working with all three again in the future.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I had never bought a new car before. Juan McCullough was super friendly, down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient... with me. He went over my options with me and never got frustrated with all the questions I had or when I kept asking him to repeat certain things. I feel like a I got a great deal on my new car and I couldn't be happier with every staff member I had the pleasure of meeting. I want to give a shout out to Shirley Macik for making all the paperwork I had to sign understandable and for taking an interest when I mentioned my brother's medical issues. Such a sweet lady!

Valerie found the 2020 CR-V with the exact features I wanted. I purposely requested a 2020 over a 2019 model because the 2020 Driver's Information Screen... was bigger which meant the Back-up camera screen would be larger. I also preferred the 2020 body design. One of my favorite features is the front seat power adjustment which not only moves the seat forward/backward, but also raises it so I can finally escape the glare of the afternoon sun! Yeah! Shirley explained all aspects of finance so there were no unanticipated surprises. We got a great deal and she made the process very easy.
