Allen Honda

An model any make buy 2 tires get 2 for free, as advertised. Not quite true, my make in model is not included, waste of time!

There internet price are not what the vehicle cost when you go to sign. They mark them up thousands. They claim it’s for things they have to do and other stuff. I wouldn’t buy here unless you like getting ripped off.

Be cautious! Don’t look to purchase a vehicle from Allen Honda, the sales staff are dishonest and their vehicle pricing online and on the sticker is deceptive, the price listed is thousands less than the actual price they are selling the vehicle for. Management does not admit wrong doing nor do they try and make things right and they claim the customer is responsible to know which questions to ask if they want to find out what the real purchase price is. Customers best interest is not a priority to Allen Honda, they ruse customers into thinking the advertised price is the sale price and lure customers into coming into their dealership, where only there do they disclose the actual higher sale price. Take your business to a dealership that you can trust, not Allen Honda.

I can't say enough about the experience I had with Cody, the service tech Olav and the whole staff I encountered during my visit. They are very kind and courteous every step of the way! It is a top notch, first class dealership. Cody definitely made the service of my vehicle a great experience and he made sure that I was informed and understood what to expect. "Honda Bob" is just the best! Going in knew there was a mark-up with dealer options and overall price of used truck but found the perfect vehicle. Both Bob and Jason were a delight to work with and were very flexible as we negotiated trade-in options. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Allen Honda and sales department has always been upfront and professional. Again, very happy with our purchase!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They added $3000. of dealer options to the price. WARRANTY, NITRO COATING, GPS TRACKING ETC. Mandatory ! Customer can't decline. So basically raised their pri e by 10%. SCAM artists.
