Our experience at Paramount was BY FAR the best we've ever had buying a new car. From arriving on the lot, test driving the car, working the deal (with trade in), getting financed, and signing all the paperwork, we were out with the new vehicle in four hours!! Jesus was great as a salesman and he got us exactly the deal we wanted. Zach in the finance office made the process smooth and quick. We hate dealership experiences so much that we were hesitant to go, but we're so glad we gave Paramount and Jesus a chance. It will be the first place we go--asking for Jesus--when we are ready to buy again.

Worked a deal that he couldn't uphold. I completed a partial payment form to hold a vehicle while reconditioning was in process only to get a call from him stating the cost was 4 times higher than the agreed upon price. He strugged to understand how working backwards is frustrating and dishonest. Needless to say I passed.

The overall buying experience at Paramount was the best auto dealer experience I have ever had, and at 63 years old I’ve bought a few cars. I chose Paramount over many other dealers I was working with in Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. Gates Walters (my sales specialist) response time during the buying process was excellent and the combination of the price and the Volvo Finance offer exceeded my expectations. If you are considering a Volvo purchase, I would highly recommend working with Paramount and Gates, as they will certainly provide you with excellent service and a competitive offer!
