Kaelan Valentin cold called me and asked my out the door budget and I told him $20,000. He said that’s not a problem. Two trips in and the present a paper for $29,000+. The. The come down to $21,998. Knowing the ONLY reason I was there was because my budget was $20,000. Very disappointing and two trips wasting my time. The car is listed as $21,540 online. They bring me a paper showing it for $25,000+. They tried to bait and switch

I took my 2023 CX50 by Daytona Mazda for a courtesy wash, which is always free to customers. I didn't have a scheduled appointment for servicing. However, they were gracious enough to make time for me, since I had just returned home from a road trip and the car was within 50 miles of servicing target. As usual, a full circle inspection was done and l was advised of everything that needed to be done. I sat in the comfortable waiting area with free refreshment at my disposal. In less than an hour, I was on my way. GREAT JOB, Chris Jones and service team. I appreciate you.
