Nick the service liaison was extraordinary!

Nick the service liaison was extraordinary!! Complex case as such car was in shop for three days! Nick kept me totally informed during each step of the diagnostic process. Called couple times each day! Explained everything clearly and succinctly! Worked exceptionally hard on my behalf to make sure most everything was covered by my extended warranty insurance coverage. He was extremely trustworthy!! Sincerely felt that he was always working in my best interest!

We had a great experience buying a truck from Nolan at West Herr. Nolan is an easy going no pressure sales guy. We even enjoyed a few laughs instead of the stress of buying a vehicle.

Getting an appointment was easy and quick to get.

Getting an appointment was easy and quick to get. My vehicle was taken 25 minutes past scheduled time. However, the service was done quicker and the cost was better than usual.

Service was quick but my vehicle was in the same location

Service was quick but my vehicle was in the same location that I left it when I arrived. I don’t understand how that could be when other vehicles come for service.
