Arrived at the Main and Transit Road facility, in the Eastern Hills Mall Complex, Sat about 3:30 pm and due to close at 4:00pm. Greeted by Andrew, who changed the battery and explained how to do this in the future.

Very pleased with my unexpected drop off no start issue. Courtney was able to get my vehicle in by 10:30 am and the problem was resolved. She was very courteous and made a couple other suggestions for service. I had her go ahead and do the service. In all I was impressed with her professionalism. Courtney and the service at team at Williamsville Chevy is the reason why I keep coming back. Great job!!
