I have purchased about 20 vehicles in the last 50 years. I can honestly say this was the most pleasant experience of them all. While visiting the wonderful state of Montana from Alabama. We experienced transmission problems with our 2020 F250. Jeremy Works greeted us at the door. I had already went to their web page and found the truck I wanted if we decided to trade. He was very attentive to our situation and worked with us with no pressure. We bought a 2026 F350. I felt we received the best deal possible. Orion Burnham gave us detailed information concerning our issue and gave us top price for our trade. He is continuing to work with Ford concerning the warranty of the transmission. Roy the Finance Manager did a great job explaining the finance options. Thanks to all for making a difficult situation go as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend Kallispell Ford. Only wish they were in Alabama for our next purchase.

Staff worked hard to find what i wanted and to get it when we found it. Communication was frequent and informative. Process moved forward in Timely manner. Appreciated respectful professional manner with which i was treated. Never felt any sales pitch come on or pressure to take something i did not want. I was treated the way i wanted to be. Nice!

This summer my husband and I took a trip West. On day three the air conditioner on our Ford 250 truck quit. We stopped at a few dealerships along the way to try to get the A/C looked at. Some dealerships could take us in 2 weeks and others not at all. We called Kalispell Ford and they said they would work us in! The folks at this dealership are gems! They spent several hours looking at the problem, which we were thankful for. While we waited, they shuttled us to the local Walmart for our entertainment and picked us up when we were ready to return to the dealership. Back at the dealership, the waiting area was comfortable with snacks and drinks provided. While we were not able to get the A/C repaired because a new compressor was needed and it would be a special order, these people TRIED! As I said before, others wouldn't even look at it. My husband spoke to the manger and expressed our appreciation for his crew. We would definitely recommend Kalispell Ford!

Pretty painless. Service department was accommodating great to work with and the reason for the 5. Sales was friendly and helpful but would not negotiate even with managers. Their claim is they sell rock bottom price.
