Great service and a job well done

Staff were helpful, friendly, & professional. I appreciated their thoroughness in checking whether my Explorer might need more attention than the issue I brought it in for, and also appreciated that they let us decide which problems to fix now, without pushing the extra servicing we could wait to address down the road.

Excellent customer service & listened.

How well my sales person, Peggy, listened to my needs and showed me exactly what I asked for. She was professional and very easy to work with. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule to look at cars. It could not have gone better! I am very happy about my purchase.

GREAT SERVICE AND CLEAN RESTROOM

I LIKED BEING TREATED LIKE I WAS SOME BODY. WHEN WE DROVE UP SAM CAME TO US AND ASKED IF HE COULD HELP US. WE CAME IN NEXT MORNING AND EVERYONE WANTED TO HELP US.

something hard made very easy

Great service, nice people

They took my car on "no notice," and gave me a ride to work right away. Even though they were very busy and needed to keep my car several days, they got to it as soon as possible, and provided me with a rental car. Everything they said would happen did happen.

Loved my dealer, not the process

Andrea was very genial and enthusiastic! She was having an extra-busy day, but still found time to take care of us! And of course, I liked that I found the perfect car at your dealership! Just wish we hadn't had to wait so long to meet with the financing guy!
