Corvette repair

Dropped my 2003 Corvette off to have the harmonic balancer replaced. The service team got me in and out very fast. Took very good care of my car and it was cleaner when I picked it up. Highly recommend these guys!

Recall Service

Dan was a great from the time I made my appointment to getting my Tahoe repaired. I arrived at 0830 for my 0900 appointment. Dan got me checked in and in the shop by 0900 and I was out by 0920. That was supper fast.

I had been working with Denna to purchase a new MB GLE53 AMG. Her follow through and attention to sales was excellent to start. Once we found the right car and agreed on the sales contract, they asked me to send over a copy of my title, registration, drivers license and insurance papers. The sales contract was in place. Over the weekend they sold the car and failed to even contact me. Apparently, they had received a better offer. On Monday, I heard back from Denna to be told they had made a mistake and the Manager(SURE) had already sold the car. This dealership is one of the most unethical I have ever encountered. This car would have been my seventh Mercedes. If you choose to deal with them, make sure your sales contract is solid. In trusting their word, I lost out on two other cars I could have purchased believing I had already purchased one. Deal with them at your own risk.

Left me high and dry...

Was looking at a truck here. Ran my credit, spent a few hrs at the dealership. And I had some concerns with it to be looked at. Then 3 days later found out, the truck was sent to auction for safety concerns. Leaving me without a vehicle and another notch on my credit report. And no response from anyone wanting to help me out. Zach was a good guy and pleasant to work with. But had I not voiced my concerns. I would have been sold a damaged vehicle that supposedly already went through a lengthy inspection. Would have been nice had someone reached out to try to make things right. Nothing but silence here..... sad!

Great Service

Great service; however, it’s costly. I went to get my ac fixed and ended up spending 1200, 845 of which was labor. Like I said, great service, with a cost.

I'm from out-of-state I was visiting my mother and they took care of me as if I bought the vehicle from them which goes a long way with me I'm sure I'll be up that way again and if I have any issues I'll definitely go there that dealership again very professional very courteous quickly Services were done five stars for me
