Went in with my wife and son to look around and was on the fence about purchasing a Urus (heart said yes, brain said maybe). Randy was awesome and took the time with me to go over the SUV and for a test drive. I left the dealership very impressed with the Urus and Randy! Nicest guy, no pressure, just a pleasant guy to speak with. I ended up texting Randy about a Urus that came into the dealership 3 months later (saw it online) and did the deal (brain agreed with the heart finally). Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Randy made this so easy to buy and I literally did nothing but sign documents remotely, and a day later came up to the dealership and I was running down I-5 in a new Lambo. Definitely will buy another from Randy. And I will also say that David A in service was a treat to work with too and helped out immensely. A super fellow and a straight shooter. Just a great dealership and experience all round.
