Great people, great dealership.

Great people, great dealership. I recently purchased my second Telluride from Jamie Connell. Jamie is an honest rep who does whatever it takes to make sure his customers are happy. The entire staff is professional and welcoming.

The service department went the extra mile to diagnose

The service department went the extra mile to diagnose and fix a tricky electrical problem with my EV6. They provided text updates throughout the service experience, and solved the problem after two other dealers gave up. They understand EV's snd have the training to prove it!

Al was so incredibly helpful, taking over 45 minutes out

Al was so incredibly helpful, taking over 45 minutes out of his day to try and figure out a problem we were having replacing some bulbs in our car. He determined the cause of the problem and provided us with an easy and detailed solution, including instructions on how to replace the broken part. Thank you so much, Al!!!

Cannot Recommend Enough

This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle, and the team at KIA of Wilmington was PERFECT! Not only was the vibe of the store friendly, welcoming, and pressure free, everyone on staff from servicing, to sales, to financing knew all of the ins and outs, were more than happy to answer all of my (sometimes obvious) questions without judgement and clearly, and really made my first real purchasing experience a great one. I can't recommend them enough!
