INCREDIBLE DEALERSHIP FROM START TO FINISH!

April Sales Mgr., Ralph Salesman and Josh in Finance all worked together to get me the vehicle I wanted and the price I needed to be at. Top notch. Professional. Honest. Caring. I will never buy another Kia from any other dealership than theirs! I love my car, loved the service I received, and after visiting many car dealers while shopping for a vehicle, this was by far the best dealership and staff I walked in to. And trust me I was probably in at least 10 dealerships before I found Kia of Wilmington. Ask for Ralph, he is an incredible human being and salesman. April, my Sales Manager was incredible and real. No bull. And Josh in Finance was amazing too. He made the process easy. Incredible team and dealership! Highly recommend! Save time and just go here. You will thank me later!

We own 2 Kia vehicles… The service at Kia of Wilmington has always been great…! I even bring our one car in from Pittsburgh PA to have it serviced because we only trust them here in Wilmington!!

Service and mechanic

I been very loyal coming for their service But, after what I had went thru. This dealership mechanic do half xxx work. They will install whatever part or New engine. They will leave, a loose plug or un attachment inlet hose of Kia soul 2020. Lack of trust with in these services. Must check their work. In general the mechanic their are lazy to put xxxx right. How it should be done properly cared for. Get better mechanics! Stop taken customer money if you can't full fill the sanctification of service to the vehicle properly.

Since now, the invoice paper that you received doesn't say which mechanic worked on your vehicle. In general, the mechanic their are lazy to put xxxx right together. How it should be done properly cared for. Especially, We as customer pay for warranty and service. Should be treated equally as we are paying for the services! Get better mechanics! Stop taken customer money if you can't full fill the satisfaction of service to the vehicle properly.

Hello this is Dave Johnson I bought a 22 telluride and Al

Hello this is Dave Johnson I bought a 22 telluride and Al was a big help to me. Receiving my new car I have some extra things done to my telluride 2022 from the service department and the technicians did a fantastic job. I just want to Thank "Al" he's very polite friendly he goes out his way to treat you like family this is my second telluride I had a 2021 I just bought a 2022 and I build a good relationship with Al who's head of the service department I just want to give "Al" 10 Stars if I can!! and thank Al for him taking care of my vehicle he goes above and beyond and that I appreciate about Al very meticulous which I like about him he takes pride in his department and the customers will bring in their vehicle Kim is a nice lady who works in service department I feel like I got a second family. My wife passed away of coronavirus 3 years ago I've been to the dealership just to talk to people and everybody's very friendly I just want to thank everyone that Kia Wilmington. Dave N. Johnson Jr.
