Erica my service rep was great. She addressed all my concerns and needs, plus had my recall taken care of early. My service took all day which I knew it would and Erica stayed in touch throughout the day. When I picked up my car that is where I felt rushed. It was at the end of the day they said they were going to wash my car and didn't. The recall was for a gas pump, which made my interior smell like gas for almost a week. I know when it's close to closing time everyone wants to get out of there but don't let your customer service dwindle to leave work on time.

Erik was fantastic, and finance had me in and out in no time! Great experience! The price was right and I didn't have to wait.

Purchased the car site unseen and was more than pleased with level of service Mr. John Hernandez took to ensure I was getting exactly what I was hoping for. John took the time to answer numerous call/texts about the vehicle with utmost professionalism. He never seemed bothered of inquiries and had answers for me virtually immediately. Being an out of town buyer I had concerns, but John Hernandez and team were great. John took my phone calls, and answered all my questions. He was honest and easy to deal with. Very smooth transaction.

I was very pleased with the North Park Lexus of San Antonio Service Dept. Our Service Consultant was Jeffrey Sauceda. I explained to Mr. Sauceda the issues we were having with our LX570. When he returned us our LX570 I immediately noticed that the issues were fully resolved.
