Terry was fantastic, personable, and did everything he could to help me pick out a vehicle that suited the tastes and needs of my family. The financers also worked with us on a maintenance plan that better fit our long term use of the car. Overall a good experience.

Northside Ford has quickly responded every time I have called and had any questions. They also do an excellent job of communicating with customers. I would particularly like to single out Micky. He was an excellent sales person who didn’t drag out the sales/ negotiating process but also did not pressure us to make a decision. As a result, we got the truck at a price we wanted. It is a wonderful truck that I’m excited to own.

I flew in from ND to pick up my truck over the weekend.
I flew in from ND to pick up my truck over the weekend. Everything seemed alright. Charles was great. Then he showed me that the fender had been scraped up the night before. I needed to drive it back from TX to ND. He assured me that Northside would take care of it. We even spoke to his manager about it. When I got back to ND I got an estimate from the Ford dealership and sent it to them. Charles said it was being reviewed. That was three years ago. He does not respond. Northside Ford is dishonest. Charles talks a lot and makes empty promises.

I visited northside ford to have my truck checked out my service rep was gary conn he was very helpful he went above and beyond ,he called me everyday an gave me an update until it was ready ,so i asked him if they could change the oil why they had ,he said sure thing and within a few hrs it was ready ,he even had it delivered to my home ,this is the type of employees that make your company stick out among others ,i have alot of choices but i will always return to and recommend northside ford to my friends an family as i go where im treated good ! Thank you Gary Conn and to the delivery team that delivered my vehicle ,you guys rock!

They wanted to keep my truck for 5 days before they could
They wanted to keep my truck for 5 days before they could look at it, but they would not let me set appointment or drive truck until they were available to look at it. I was told that the only way to "get in line" for service was to leave my vehicle but it was 5 days out before they would get to it. This is the most idiotic process I've ever heard.
