I received the information that I ask for without any games being played. Could I have found a better deal? Not likely, but the overall experience was good.

Frank Sepeda "Sales Person" was very courteous and attentive to my needs. He listened to my request for final price and financing of vehicle and had the financing proposal ready to discuss when I met with him. The time taken was dedicated to our needs. I called Skip earlier that day and asked if the 2012 Cadillac CTS was still available and that my wife and I would be there between 4:00 and 4:30. When we showed up at 4:10, the car was parked right up front and Skip was waiting for us with the keys. I have been buying vehicles from Northside Ford for 17 years and will not go anywhere, else. As long as they have what we need, we will be coming back.
