I have been relying on Bill Page Toyota in Annandale for over seven years, and their level of professionalism and customer service has remained exceptional. This past June, I purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser, and in August, I returned to acquire a 2025 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium for my wife. Both purchases were seamless, with excellent customer education and support throughout the process. I recently had the pleasure of working with Nathan Dat Nguyen at Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church, VA, and I can’t recommend him or the dealership highly enough! From the moment I walked in, Nathan greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire car-buying process feel effortless and enjoyable. He was incredibly professional, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a Toyota without any high-pressure tactics. His knowledge of the vehicles was spot-on, and he patiently answered all my questions, walking me through options, features, and financing details in a clear and straightforward way. What stood out most was how genuinely pleasant Nathan was—his positive energy and enthusiasm made the experience fun rather than stressful. I purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota Camry - the

I purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota Camry - the sales rep (John) was honest and was the best part of this experience. However, following through on the "owed" maintenance has been a nightmare - basically, they ordered the wrong part twice (so I came into the dealership on multiple separate occasions only to be sent home again while they waited for the new part), and long story short, I have a janky workaround to a problem instead of an actual solution. They're also quite dishonest with their maintenance "timing." I never got an "I don't know when it'll be ready," instead getting "just give me 5 minutes," whenever I would ask a question (I was already 2 hours into my supposedly 1-hour-long wait). After this "5-minute warning," I waited for another 45 minutes before finally getting my car. I would not recommend fixing your car at this dealer, as there seems to be a ton of problems getting the correct parts.

I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Toyota Rav4 Hybrid from Kwang at Bill Page Toyota. As a long-term customer, with my first purchase dating back to 2007, I highly recommend this dealership, particularly Kwang. He was pleasant, thoughtful, and helped guide us through the process, which included a last-minute trade-in. Thank you, Kwang, for staying on point and making the purchase process less painful! Adam also graciously stepped in, in Kwang's absence, and appreciated his support. Finally, I unexpectedly financed through the dealership and found the process to be relatively easy. The only suggested improvement would be a better management engagement and understanding of the customer. I highly recommend this dealership and team.

I bought my 2025 Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid almost 3

I bought my 2025 Grand Highlander Limited Hybrid almost 3 months ago with cash and went through 3 sets of 30 days temporary tags and still did not have any permanent tags or title. The first 4 weeks after buying, I called and asked for my tags and title and they told me that they couldn't get it because it require my Florida insurance (but noone had called me about it), then I went there and submitted my Florida insurance and get a 2nd set of temporary tag, after that 2nd set of temporary tag near expiring and still no tags and title (so I asked my brother in law to stoppedby the dealer to get the 3rd set of temporary tags for me, and they said that they can't issuse it), so I called and asked them to FedEx a 3rd set of temporary tags to me in Florida, but they sent it through snail mail and it arrived at the night of the tags expiring. Now my 3rd set of temporary tags is near expiring so I called the dealer and they said that they couldn't help me and for me to call the salesman directly. So I called the salesman Alvin Le a few days ago and he was overseas and he told me to call Karen, I went by the dealer today, called Karen and left a voice mail, but noone has called me back. I am getting tired of all my trips to the dealer without results, the customer service is terrible. My previous purchases from Priority Toyota was flawless. My 3rd set of temporary tags will expires in 5 days and I can't get anyone to help. Don't buy here, too much headache.
