Oil service

Friendly and attentive staff for oil change appointment. Cashier also friendly. Facility is clean and waiting area clean. Easy drop off and pick up if my car.

Great Service

Excellent service. My car service was done promptly and efficiently. The waiting facilities were very comfortable. I enjoyed my visit to the dealership, and I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Outstanding customer service from Mr. Tu Tran.

Your service advisor, Mr. Tu Tran, was very attentive to my inquiries (although I was aware that he had a busy schedule), courteous, professional, and precise. He called and advised me of pending issues and called to let me know the service of my vehicle was complete & ready for pick up.

Toyota Highlander

Marcello was easy to work with-responsive but not pushy. I liked that we could do some of the conversation/negotiation on the phone and via text.

Very good and honest Service Department

Being a return customer is a good thing. You trust the dealership and people recognize you. I saw some negative comments on the internet regarding the service department at Bill Page Toyota. However, this has not been my experience. They have been servicing my car since we moved to this area in 2020, and I have no complaints. I have found the service department associates to be knowledgeable and I always had an honest assessment of my car. I know cars well and I have been dealing with dealerships for a long time. Bill Page Toyota never tried to sell me a service my car did not need. The service and the relationship with the customer have, so far, been excellent. It makes a difference. If in the near future I decide to purchase a new vehicle, I will be more inclined to work with this dealership. I hope the sales department is as competent and honest as the service department. I also hope my experience with the service department will continue to be a positive one.

Great Service!

Tu Tran is the best service advisor...he's one of the very few at any dealership that I feel I can trust 100% when it comes to servicing my vehicle. The wait time was minimal for my service, and the lounge upstairs is very quiet and accommodating. These are the main reasons I no longer take my vehicle to Miller Toyota!
