Didn’t get the used car I wanted because I waited days

Didn’t get the used car I wanted because I waited days then someone was there claiming it right before I got there. Salesman helped me get our 2nd choice with a deal.

Service is good but no one can give us an answer about

Service is good but no one can give us an answer about the break pad loud squealing sound from our brand new 2023 Atlas. I would not recommend this vehicle to anyone because none of the service members can give us an answer on how they plan on fixing this issue. The solution now is just to clean off the pads with an air hose. We’ve had temp gauges go on and off, tire pressure lights on and off, all from a vehicle with less then 20k miles. I am worried for when this car isn’t under warranty anymore and how much repairs will cost to continue owning this vehicle.

Elezar (service manager) and Matt (tech) were honest, helpful and educated me on everything. I went in for an emergency repair. These guys took great care of me. Customer service was above and beyond. Honestly couldn’t have asked for better assistance. Thank you both so much
