The staff was easy to talk to with no pressure. Offered me a couple of options and test drove a couple of vehicles. Explained how the vehicle operates. Also video was sent to me. When I bought the vehicle the salesman went through the vehicle to make sure I knew how to operate. The staff was friendly and professional.

The Manager Tom was a great help today. As a women I dread taking my car in for service. The service I received today for my check engine light being on was Fantastic! He arranged a ride home for me, kept me up to date with what my cars diagnosis was and the service was completed in a timely manner! I highly recommend the service at Larry H Miller. Thank you!

Service department is a mess.
Service department is a mess. Unwilling to help you pick up your keys and be on your way if you aren't "their" customer. Waited 10 minutes just to pick up my keys while another service writer just sat there.
