Got a great deal after negotiating

They told Ime i could pay zero down, then they told I would have to pay 3000 down after i test drove it and i felt they wasted my time so i planned to leave, then they honored the deal they originally promised.

Awful Service

Dismissive "Sales" Team. No negotiation, the price is the price. Called and emailed to complain and have not heard anything from anyone. Please go to Chapman Vw across town. These guys are unprofessional.

Taken advantage of

Dealer did not honor discount offer, gas tank was empty. Salesman did not give me second set of keys, car was dirty and spotted. No manuals in the glove compartment and no instruction on the car. Salesman was slow and rude. Dealer didn’t honor the $2000 discount voucher. Was a terrible experience! Senior buyers beware!

2019 Jetta Purchase

Good fast and a great price!

We intended to buy our daughters new car in Houston and drive it here but Cody was go pleasant and was able to get us the lowest price of all the dealerships we visited we bought it here.

a defective car

I bought a car brand NEW CAR in August 2017, 2017 Jetta and is a defective car, I 've been at the car dealer several times other than repaired the right window, and they "repair" the issue and the car still making that raddled funny noise, I tried to talk to the main manager and he does not answer or return my calls, I left several messages, I talk to Service Manager and he does not helping me much, the last time I was there In august 2017 he said if the car continues with the noise He will see what to do, I tryed to call several times and He does not call me back or answer, Yesterday I call and this nice person Mr Villa is trying to help me, hope this time they do something about it, I have to travel 90 miles spend gas and food to go to the dealer. So hope they help me this time and repair the issue or get another car, I bought a new car and is like is not working proper. It happens is no one fault but PLEASE DO SOMETHING!!! =(

Liers

STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIERS! They sold a CPO vehicle with one key to me and they told me that I get a free replacement because of that. Now I lot my key and they didn't give me one. I filed a complaint with VW and the lier General Manager of this dealership has told them two keys were present at the time of purchase. It's such a shame to ruin their reputation for such a small matter. I'm surprised and I ask everyone to stay away.
