Outstanding job

Andrew in the service department did an exceptional, out of this world job by staying in contact with me on my car. I felt safe leaving my car there at the dealership. I truly feel Andrew took his time in notifying the progress on the car and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. Thank you Andrew!!!

Best customer service.

I was looking to purchase a vehicle as quickly and painless as possible. Went to Larry H Miller VW and found my dream vehicle. Luis Morales was my Sales Consultant and Tim Mcelvaine is the finance representative, both gentlemen were outstanding in customer service and professionalism. My experience was truely the easiest I have ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. I also have to say all the employees I encountered were gracious, friendly and professional.

Great service.

The service department is very clean and everyone is nice and helpful. Travis in service helped me, he was very nice and accommodating. Great place to buy a car, new or used.

Larry Miller VW is like Carvana commercial

My experience at Larry Miller VW is summed up in the Carvana commercial. I thought I was buying and paid for options that I wanted but in the end were not included. They lied. I did not catch it. Returned the next day to clarify and I was shamed (implied I was stupid, should have not bought if I could not afford). Had a previous VW, service is good. But BUY ELSEWHERE!

A good experience

My service man service adviser Samuel made sure I was very pleasant. He made sure my car was 100% up to service. My husband was happy when he heard I liked it, and he is taking his Jeep in for service today!

Overall fair experience

The sales person who we worked with was overly chatty and on multiple occasions I felt like I needed to step outside simply to get away from him. In addition, there were quite a few holdups with the paperwork, and we spent a lot longer in the dealership then I would have liked. The financial part of the transaction was very unorganized. We left without having multiple important pieces of the paperwork done, so we were immediately called and asked to return after we had already spent almost 6 hours in the dealership. I felt that there was not a lot of attention to detail and it made me very uncomfortable sharing my personal information with people who did not seem to be able to keep things straight.

Great customer service!

Salesman Chris Cruz, and managers Dave, Bill and finance manager Tim were all really patient and friendly. All went the extra mile to take care of my needs. The store was clean and customer service was excellent.

Great experience

Had exactly what I wanted and salesman, Fabian,was fun to work with.they beat the other local dealership by$4000k. I am retired from this business so I know what I'm talking about.if I was still a sales manager I would steal Fabian from them,what a great salesman,and made the experience fantastic.

Disappointed

I made an appointment to have my air conditioning diagnosed and fixed. I dropped off the car and was picked up with the understanding that it would be quite a few hours. As soon as we arrived home, Andrew Asman called to say it was a part they needed to order and I could come pick up the car. I was a bit upset as this could have been checked while I was still on site, seeing as it was such a quick check. I mentioned this upon my return and Andrew said, well would you rather this than a five hour hour wait for me to tell you the same thing? I said my point was if it was something that could be diagnosed so quickly-air conditioning is pretty common-it could have happened quickly and I wouldn't have wasted two hours driving around Tucson. He again said, would you rather leave and have to return or wait all day? It seemed to me at this point, I was now to contemplate whether I wanted bad or worse service. I then asked about getting the part. Andrew said he could order it, but it had to be put in within 60 days. I told him I would have to wait as I was from Yuma and would not be returning until my Mom was back in town. He continued to be rude and said well, I am not going to order the part if you cannot commit to a specific date. I said, I am not sure if you are having a bad day, but you are being very rude. He said, "No I am not." I said, I could not give a date until speaking with my brother and I would have to call him back. Andrew said, well I can't order the part until you know and then attempted to force me into a date, like the following weekend. I again told him I couldn't make that decision at this time, and that he was again, being rude. He said, "No I am not," if you cannot make a decision then I cannot help you it's not my fault you are from Yuma. I left saying again, you are being very rude. This is by far the worst experience I have had over a ten year period period of owning VW cars. We have decided to never go back and to go to a rival dealership in Phoenix. B Seale

Great dealership!

Everyone from start to finish was amazing. Fabian was able to get me the exact car i wanted for the price i wanted, even with a trade in with negative equity. I will be going back to them for my next car for sure!
