Oil change
I went to get my oil change for my truck and service attendant told me we were looking at 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours. I only waited for aboutt 45 min before they had me out the door! I would like to mention the waiting area is great! Nice amenities free coffee choices free popcorn and cheap vending machines Thanks

Great Team.
You have a great team at LHM Volkswagen. I was anxious about buying a new car (we’ve all heard the horror stories), but everybody at LHM was wonderful, helpful, and easy to work with. I told them what I wanted and, not only did they have it in stock, that’s exactly what they showed me- perfect. Luis (an extra thank you to him for helping me find my car), Mikey, Manny, Tim, and everyone at LHM was great. I have zero complaints. Thank you guys again. If I know anyone looking to buy a VW, or any car, in the future, I will encourage them to visit you all.

Good Service
Came in for an oil change - got a two for one deal and my car was well taken care of and was done quickly. It was a very easy experience.

Fuel injector
I was on my way to work when my car started acting up, I called the service department and they got me in right there and ensured I had a ride to work. The very next day my car was fixed by noon. Everytime I've had an issue with my car Andrew has taken great care of me in keeping me informed and ensuring I make it to my destination. Overall great customer service in the maintenance department.
