Oil change/service

My visit to LM yesterday was pleasant. Staff, Andrew, or courteous, thorough and get me updated with findings. I appreciate the thoroughness and the email reminder that I was due for an oil change and service.

Changed my lease to a purchase

Today I went to the dealership with my 2017 Jetta, which I was leasing, for an oil change. I decided to pursue changing the lease to a purchase because I love the car and I like the idea of not having to worry about my mileage. The process was quite painless and the staff was amazing.

Five Stars

Wanted a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. They had the perfect color loaded. Test drove it, thought it over and drove it home the next day. Looked at Subaru dealership and they turned us away. Larry Miller staff made it happen. Joe C. was fabulous and didn't pressure the sale. Wonderful experience!

Fast, friendly and helpful

Got us approved with a stellar deal when my long-time current finance company couldn't (wouldn't?). Got the paperwork done super fast. Personally delivered the Jetta to my doorstep when the right color was available and gave me a full walk-through of all of the features. Excellent experience. I love my new car!
