Great Service

They were extremely professional and helpful. They were able to get in very quickly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for car service.

Great service

50,000 check-up was expertly done and was finished earlier than expected. Staff is very knowledgeable and I will definitely return the next time I need to have my car serviced.

Certified Pre-Owned means something else to Larry H. Miller

After purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from this dealership I am still having issues with the drivability of my vehicle. Obviously Certified Pre-Owned does not mean that it will drive and stop like a vehicle that has been inspected and tested. After 4 new tires the service department tells me I need new brakes to stop the front end vibrations. My 2015 Passat should not drive and vibrate like my 1961 Beetle did. Rebecca in the service department is always friendly and does what she can to make a great experience.

Excelllent Service!

I visited for engine malfunction signal from the dashboard last Friday morning. I waited for 2 hours and the VW service found that the transmission sensor and cable problem. Fortunately, the reparir was covered by the 3 year warranty. The VW provided free bland new lent car during repair period. Next morning, the repair was done. I am very satisfied with the VW LHM’s excellent and professional service. I would like thank the service crew led by Shawn for their professional serve.
