Great service! great experience!

Great service! Great experience! Very good price for.oil change! Shawn was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Did great job of keeping me informed on what was being done and what vehicle might need. Done in timely manner.

Service appt

I showed up early, was quoted a time reflecting my appt, which i expected. To my surprise my truck was done about 45 minutes earlier than expected. The place is clean, and full of friendly people.

10,000 Mile Service

Service was professional and performed more quickly than promised. Total time spent was just under one hour. I also received a complimentary car wash as part of the experience.

Within my expectation

Excellent service with clear and detailed service price listed. There is one staff greeting me when I entered the store. One thing that I am not happy with is that when I make an appointment. I had detail listed all recalls that need to be fix. however, there is one material missing that they need to do special order. I suggest the staff can be more prepare so that I don’t need to go back for the second for both convenience.

excellent service

I took my car in Saturday morning because I thought the heater was not working. It turns out I wasn't using one of the settings correctly. Shawn Aranda was great, service was prompt including the shuttle service. Very happy with LHM service.

Noise like a fan they in my Jetta,2017

They did a great customer service, my car dealer was there n helps me a lot. The problem is they dud not fix n they did not find or know whats s the noide which I am not very happy , is a bran new car i just bought in August n has a funny noiise , LIKE I SAID I M NOT HAPPY. THEY WANT ME TO TAKE THE CAR AGAIN N CHECK IR NEXT DAY. I live out of town so I need tramsportation to come back home. Thank you hope my problem GETS SOLVED.
